Application
The reporter positive control lentivirus is useful for transduction optimization studies, especially if the cells are very sensitive or difficult-to-transduce, or if the conditions required to activate the regular TF reporter are unknown. The positive control construct contains all the components of the regular TF reporters except that the response elements are composed of a synthetic sequence that drives constitutive reporter expression independent of specific pathway activity.
