Application
Monitor the activation of NF-kB and AP1 induced by low dose stimulators separately, in mammalian cells. The reporter may also reflect the increased apoptosis occurring once cells are treated with both stimulators such as TNFα and PMA together even at low dose. NFκB and AP1 are key TFs that direct expression of many genes involved in inflammation, embryonic development, lymphoid differentiation, oncogenesis, and apoptosis.
