Monitor FOXO3 activity in mammalian cells, screen for activators or inhibitors of FOXO3. The fluorescent reporter enables convenient readout using flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, etc. Preferentially activated by FOXO3 (vs FOXO1). FOXO3-induced activation is inhibited by FOXP1.
