Application
Preferentially read out synergistic transcriptional activities of FOXC2 with ETV2 in mammalian cells. FOXC2 controls the expression of genes involved in the normal developmental processes and maintenances such as the lymphatic vesicular formation, and the development of the lungs, eyes, kidneys and urinary tract, cardiovascular system. The tandem repeats of FOXC2 DNA binding element from MEF2 enhancer enable detection of the synergistic activity of FOXC2 with ETS family members such as ETV2 and the signaling pathways for their activation. The fluorescent reporter enables convenient readout using flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, etc.
